Things to remember
Stay within your bubble area and only use your allocated toilets
Mask wearing is compulsory unless mounted but still have one in your pocket
Main gates will be locked at 9.30pm-6.00am so if you need to get in or out contact Ange 0276222376
Wear your bands so security can view
Gisborne locals are NOT permitted in horselines areas
There will be a coffee cart 7am-3pm daily and DeeJays Gourmet Griller will be here on Friday so unfortunately no food available Wednesday night or Thursday. There is a bakery and fish n chip shop in Makaraka open for takeaways. more info...

The Poverty Bay A&P Spring Show Covid Response Plan is on MainEvents.
Every competitor needs to read it, print page 7, fill it out remember to include your 1 (max) support person and email back. If you haven’t named your support person then they will not be able to enter the grounds.
No returned form means no show.
Please appreciate this is what is required to have a show.

POVERTY BAY A&P SHOW
EQUESTRIAN IS GOING AHEAD!!
Jumping/SH/Dressage is staying under same program but have some series class prize money adjustments. SH will be outdoors.
Jumping will be finished on Saturday by approx 1pm, riders will then vacate grounds.
Showing/RTR is changing to Saturday late afternoon and Sunday. Showing competitors can not arrive on grounds until all jumpers have left.
Tomorrow stars, carriage driving have been postponed until further notice.
Schedule will be updated and loaded on to MainEvents soon.
Riders will have to confirm who they are bring as a support (if any/max 1) so we can place in bubbles.

We are working extremely hard to run the equestrian side of the A&P show. There is just a couple of things to do to ensure the event can run safely under Covid level 2.
The final decision will be made public on Thursday morning.
If it’s a no then competitors will receive a full 100% refund.
Entries close tomorrow (Wednesday) night. There will be NO late entries available.
If you are wanting to compete you need to get entries in before cut off.
