***Starts with a cross rail class no more than 50cm and increases in 10 cm increments throughout the day. We will aim to post regularly on FB to indicate where we are height wise.

Full refund if scratched 7pm the Friday before the event after this time 50% will be refunded.

Winter Jumping guidelines & Information:
★ Only organisers (and nominated assistants) are to be in the ring during rounds
★ Coaches or parents may not enter the ring for the purpose of interacting with a rider.
Assisting a fallen rider, video recording or pole picking is encouraged!
★ If you have 3 x stops at a height you can not come back at a bigger height. You are able to repeat the height you were at should you wish
★ Riders who fall must be checked
★ Organisers will suggest a veterinary consultation if they feel a horse is uneven
★ Where possible, please assist the organisers pack up for the day. They’re tired volunteers - your help is truly appreciated
★ Dress is tidy (and warm!) casual
★ The sand arena is to be a smoke free area please
★ Solway Showgrounds require dogs to be on a leash at all times
4★ All manure is to be collected and placed in the designated areas. This includes yards, around your float/truck, and on the sand warmup and jumping arenas
★ No baby prams in the warm up area, please. We recommend using the adjacent paddocks where your child is better protected in the event of a startled horse
★ Please be mindful of where you congregate - leave the areas around the gate and warm up fences clear for competing riders please. Please don’t be offended if we ask you to move to ensure a safe and fair warm up area
★ Spot prizes may be awarded
