Competition Day Rules and COVID-19 GUIDELINES- NO SPECTATORS !! ONLY NAMED PERSONS CAN BE ON GROUNDS - SO PLEASE DO NOT INVITE PEOPLE!! They will be asked to leave.

Entries must be made online through Main-Events and fees paid by internet banking for entry fees ( if you do however need to pay by Cash or cheque this can be arranged with Heather and placed into envelope)

Please ensure you have the following before entering:
Your Membership Number
Your Horses Registration Number
You must be a member to enter on the day - If you are not a member you can pay a $15 casual membership to compete -but restrictions for heights are J/SH Introductory (Ponies 80cm and below, Horses 90cm and below - No Prize Money)

- if the system asks for membership and registration Numbers and you not either please USE 0000

– no entries on the day will be accepted. NO LATE ENTRIES
- Full refunds or the option of a credit will be paid if the event is postponed or cancelled or for vet or doctor certs 7 day after the event –
(if you just choose not to come to the event and have paid - No refund will be given)

Please indicate the other people that will be in attendance with the rider on the day. This will assist with contact tracing.ONLY 1 PARENT/ OR CAREGIVER CAN ASSIST THE RIDER AT PRACTICE AREA.
QR Code will be available at the entrance gate and toilet block for scanning.
Remember we are under Alert Level 2 for this event and cant have more than 100 in each location - so try to limit to 1 parent per child please.

We ask that you park with at least 5m between cars, floats and trucks and practice social distancing between people where possible. You should only be on your horse to warm up or do you rounds then YOU MUST return to your vehicles. NO STANDING AROUND THE RING OR WATCHING OFF YOUR HORSES!!!

Classes will be in DRAW ORDER -There will be no blackboard so the gate steward will be the point of contact to ensure the day flows smoothly.

Please note keep practice areas at a minimum to warm-up area at any one time and ask that horses leave the area immediately after their round.


Please stay at home if you are sick or feeling unwell.

Anyone assisting with pole picking up or course adjustments will be required to use gloves or hand sanitizer provided.
