Open to all Primary and Secondary School Students.
Each rider to compete in 3 jumping rounds at same height.
Roungs: Table C, AM5 and Power & Speed. Heights 70-80cm, 90cm or 1.05m.
Teams of four riders.
Riders may compete as individuals where fewer than 4 riders entered for if riding more than one mount.
Individual ribbons 1st to 6th.
Ribbons and prizes for the highest placed five schools.
All persons there (including supporters) need to abide by rules and to familiarise themselves with these as a condition of entry!
1. MULTIPLE MOUNTS NOW ACCEPTED. Riders can ride more than one mount, but the additional mount must be entered in the individual competition.
2. All competitors enter at their own risk.
3. Entries only accepted with payment.
4. By entering, all riders/teams/coaches/parents/supporters agree to abide by the rules of the day.
5. Entries will only be refundable on presentation of a vet or medical certificate.
6. Overnight yards and camping available on grounds – please book and pay for this when entering.
7. No Dogs – A&P Regulation.
8. Hard hats with Red Stickers as per NZPCA 2017 rules and ESNZ must be worn when mounted.
9. All events run under the NZEF type rules.
10. School colours to be worn for all events and prize-giving.
11. The committee reserves the right to alter the programme.
12. The committee reserves the right to eliminate any rider who in their opinion does not ride in a safe and competent manner.
13. Please nominate only one liaison person per school, who is responsible for ensuring team riders, coaches and parents are given all information pertaining to the day.
14. On the day, teams must be accompanied by an adult (team coach or manager). Gear checks are the responsibility of the team manager.
15. Only competing mounts to be on the grounds.
