Online Entry

Well done and thank you for using online entries. This is our preferred method of entering our show.

Before you enter, please ensure you have the following on hand:

- ESNZ membership numbers
- ESNZ registration numbers
(If competing in the introductory level classes for Comunity Members then enter 0000 for your registration numbers)
- Please insure your postal address is corect as prize money will be sent after show

IMPORTANT DON'T MISS the last step in online entry where you have to tick that you are 18 or older and have read the terms and conditions.

You can check your online entry in 3 ways:
1. You will get an email about 5 minutes later with a record of your entries - check the spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
2. You can see your entries in the class lists under the CLASSES tab or under COMPETITORS tab, filter for your name and you will see all classes entered.
3. From the MY MAIN-EVENTS area just under the login, you can view any online entry from the ONLINE ENTRY tab. Click on the small blue magnifying glass to the left of the show you want to see your record of entries.

SCRATCHINGS and CHANGES to your entries must be made direct with the show secretary. Click on the CONTACT tab from the show page. Otherwise, if you want to add more classes or a new horse, you can do another online entry.

Finally, remember to pay ASAP after entering online, your entries and horse accommodation are not guaranteed till your payment is received. You have untill The Close of Entries to pay in Full!! Any entries that are still outstanding by 12 pm Friday 21st October will incure an extra 50%

DECLARATION (These are the standard conditions on the ESNZ Rider Form).
I am the Exhibitor and/or competitor of the horse/pony stated on this form at the above event.
I understand that, the Organising Committee of the above Event nor Equestrian Sports New Zealand Inc. nor any agent, employee or representative of those bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horse/pony owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other personal property whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in anyway whatsoever.
I am the owner of his/her Authorised Agent and have been authorised by the owner to make this entry.
I certify that I have read, and understand and will abide by the Rules and Regulations of Equestrian Sports New Zealand and that I and my horse/pony(s) are eligible for any class we are competing in.
I consent in terms of the Privacy Act 1993 to the information on this form being used by the Organising Committee and by the New Zealand Equestrian Federation for all purposes connected with the administration of equestrian sport in New Zealand.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Competitor or Exhibitor must comply with the appropriate Legislation and the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. Each Competitor and/or exhibitor must supervise and control their animals at all times and shall be liable for any hazard created, accident, illness or damage caused by the action of theselves at the venue of the Event.

I certify that I have read, understand and will abide by the specific conditions of this show as uploaded under the DOWNLOADS tab for this show. I also realise that my entry is NOT CONSIDERED ACCEPTED until it has been accepted by the show secretary and payment has been made as herein provided for.

SHOW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
• All horses/ponies will be registered in some form and riders current financial members of NZEF or on a Flexi Start of $15 + $5 Jump Levy - $20

• Entry fee shall be paid in advance of competition. NO PAY NO START...!!!
PLEASE NOTE : IF YOU MAKE AN ONLINE ENTRY FOR OUR LOCAL MINI CIRCUITS - PAYMENT WILL STILL NEED TO BE MADE AT THE OFFICE AT A SPECIAL EXPRESS WINDOW- or pay online with confirmation screen shot or print out – no confirmation of payment online- entry will not be accepted

NORTHLAND JUMPING Grand Prix Show ‘the Event’

I declare that:
My accepted entry into the Event will not be transferred to another entrant.
In the event of any ‘act of God’ conditions causing a cancellation of the Event, I agree that my total entry fee is not transferable or refundable.
I am in an appropriate physical condition to participate in the Event, given the known parameters of the Event (such as the length, time, physical demands and environmental context).
I have taken medical advice on any pre-existing medical conditions, and confirm that it is medically safe for me to participate in the Event.
I acknowledge that there are risks involved in the Event. I fully realise the dangers of participating in the Event, and fully assume the risks associated with my participation and my wellbeing and safety during and after the Event. I understand and acknowledge that the Event organisers (including all officials and event volunteers) provide no warranties, regarding my wellbeing and safety.
I understand and agree that situations may arise during the Event, which may be beyond the immediate control of the Event organisers (including all officials and event volunteers).
I will participate in the Event, in a manner that does not endanger either me or others.
I agree that to the extent permissible by law, the Event organizers (including all officials and event volunteers), the sponsors and other parties associated with the Event, have no liability to me whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, (including, but not limited to injury or death) sustained by me during or in any way related to my participation in the Event.
I authorise the use of my name, voice, picture and information on this entry form in any broadcast, telecast, promotion, advertising, and in any other way, without payment to me or any other form of compensation.
I agree to comply with the rules, and regulations pertaining to the Event.
I agree to follow all reasonable safety instructions provided to me by the Event organisers, (including all officials and event volunteers) before, during and after the Event.
I consent to receiving medical treatment in the event of illness or injuries suffered during or immediately after the Event.
