Show Hunter Conditions
1. Any class with less than 5 entries may be combined.
2. Show Hunter classes run under ESNZ Show Hunter Rules 2015
3. All riders competing in Show Hunter HOYQ and Series Classes must have a current ESNZ Rider full Membership
4. Riders competing in Introductory Classes can compete using a Rider Community Membership
5. Introductory Classes: Equines that are only competing in Introductory Classes pay the $5.00 Jumping/Show Hunter Levy.
6. Equines with a current ESNZ annual registration and an Annual Jumping/Show Hunter Start will gain HOYQ and Series points.
7. Equines competing using the ESNZ Casual Equine Start will not gain any HOY Points and cannot compete in ANY Show Hunter Series Classes.
8. Ponies may jump in any classes but must jump in their correct category for their high points.
9. From 2-4pm on Friday the 11th of December a training session will be conducted by Rose Thompson. Ponies, horses and riders all welcome. This will be a cost of $5 per rider payable on the day.

General Conditions
1. All entries must be made on official ESNZ entry forms. Entries close on Fri 4th Dec with

2. Enquiries welcome but NO phone entries accepted. Cheques payable to Southland
Showjumping Group or bank direct to SBS 03-1355-0619034-000 be sure to use your name as
reference.
3. All entry fees and prize money are inclusive of GST.
4. Combinations may only enter one Championship Class i.e 32,33,34,35,36,37,40,41,42
5. All competitors (inc unregistered), send full entry fees, Including a $5 NZ Showjumping Levy per horse/pony. Plus a ground/administration fee of $15 per horse/pony. Both these fees are non-refundable, non-deductible, regardless of scratching.
6. Stabling available for $30, yards $15 for the duration of the show.
7. There are no restrictions on how many classes you may enter, but please consider the welfare
of your horse or pony. Organisers have the right to restrict the numbers of classes you are
entered in if the number entries are excessive.
8. All riders, horses and ponies competing in OPEN CLASSES must be registered with ESNZ
proof will be required.
9. The committee reserves the right to alter or amend the programme as it sees fit.
10. All competitions will be run under ESNZ rules.
11. Junior rider - under 18 as at 1st August 2015.

13. All Southland riders must complete the attached form and supply a helper. Failure to do so
will incur a $40 fee payable before you are able to start in your first class.
14. Dogs must be on a leash at all times!
15. No electric fencing allowed.
16. A fee of $2 will be charged for all class changes, these must be done an hour before the
class starts.
17. Any entries received after the closing date will incur a 25% penalty fee.
18. Saturday night meal will cost $10 per Adult and $5 per children under 12. This is payable at the door NOT to the secretary.
