Welcome to Online Entries from the Northland Area Jumping Committee.

Please enjoy your time on here, this is going to make entering our shows soooo much better...... Make sure you read the below instructions to complete the process. Have Fun!!!

Before entering online, please have the following information on hand:

* ESNZ Membership Number If competing in the introductory level classes, then enter 0000 for the registration name
* ESNZ Registration Number for each horse
* if you are a community member or have a
Horse that is not registered or
membership/rego pending please use membershipp number 0000
REMEMBER IF DOING A FLEXI START THE $5 JUMP LEVY IS INCLUDED SO PLEASE DONT INCLUDE THAT AGAIN. JUMP LEVY IS TO BE PAID BY INTRODUCTORY MEMBERS AND FULLY REGISTERED HORSES

DON'T MISS the last step in online entry where you have to tick that you are 18 or older and have read the terms and conditions.

You can check your online entry in 3 ways:
1. You will get an email about 5 minutes later with a record of your entries - check the spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
2. You can see your entries in the class lists under the CLASSES tab or under COMPETITORS tab, filter for your name and you will see all classes entered.
3. From the MY MAIN-EVENTS area just under the login, you can view any online entry from the ONLINE ENTRY tab. Click on the small blue magnifying glass to the left of the show you want to see your record of entries.

SCRATCHINGS and CHANGES to your entries must be made direct with the show secretary. Click on the CONTACT tab from the show page. Otherwise, if you want to add more classes or a new horse, you can do another online entry.
When Selecting payment option: You will have to Select Cheque - Do not post!!!! BRING PAYMENT TO ONLINE ENTRIES WINDOW ON MORNING OF SHOW
Community Members May Enter Classes in RING 3 - Ribbons only Classes.

revised fees and entry process. In particular, all horses competing in show jumping or Show Hunters must pay a compulsory Jumping Levy per horse for the show - $5 for the show if fully registered with Jumping NZ or competing at introductory level only (80cm or under); or $20 for the first day and $10 for a second day if NOT fully registered with Jumping NZ and competing up to 1.20m for horses or 1.10 for ponies and not in series classes.

There are NO casual ESNZ memberships, so all competitors even in introductory classes must be members of ESNZ at community level (free) or above. Rider Membership is FREE if you are in your first year as a registered competitor - but you must apply to ESNZ and be allocated a membership number.

Applications for Community membership will be available at the show office; or online with ESNZ.

Unregistered horses or horses from other disciplines can compete up to and including 1.20 for horses or 1.10m for ponies in any non-series Jumping or Show Hunter class provided a $20 casual jumping levy is paid for the first day and $10 for the second. Riders must be members of ESNZ as outlined above if competing at above introductory level - otherwise you can compete at introductory level on a community membership.

It is now a requirement that at least one parent or caregiver associated with competitors under 18 is registered with the ESNZ either as a full member or if not a rider, then under a COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP. Community Membership is free.
