You must be registered and logged in to Main-Events.com to use online entry.

Intro

BEFORE YOU START THE ONLINE BOOKING

Please ensure you have the following information on hand:
* copy of your business logo for uploading (jpg, pdf, or gif format)
* copy of any advertisement you want to include (pdf, Word, or jpg format). This can be emailed at a later date.
* truck/car registration for passes
* profile of your business (150 words) to be used for promotion

If your booking is not accepted, then you will receive a full refund.

The Fiber Fresh Taupo Christmas Classic is always popular with trade! This year we are trialing online bookings for trade space so that we can cut down on the paper war and be more clear in the services you are requiring .

This process is similar to choosing what classes to enter for a rider entering the show online - but in your case the classes are the type of trade site you want. Please choose ONE only as if you are not able to get your first choice, you will automatically be added to the list for the next best option.

Please note, merchandisers who also provide a cash sponsorhip of $400 will have priority in trade placement.

We are including instructions under the DOCUMENTS tab on how to do the online entry. But if you need help, email [email protected] and she will get back to you.

ADVERTISING?

Please also note, that trade sites can also add advertising to their booking through the fees area if you do not opt for a full class sponsorship. There are options for adverts in the catalogue, flyers in the riders pack, signage at ringside or the office and other. We are happy to work out a combination that would suit your business!

HOW DO YOU KNOW THE BOOKING HAS GONE THROUGH?

IMPORTANT - your entry is not complete until the final stage where you tick that you are 18 years or older and accept conditions. And click that FINAL SUBMIT button. It is your responsibility to ensure your entries have been submitted.

It is EASY TO CHECK that your entries have been correctly submitted!

* You get an email 5 minutes later with the full record of entries.
* You can go to your profile under MY MAIN-EVENTS (just under login area) and under the ONLINE ENTRY tab you can see the shows you have entered. Click on the blue magnifying glass to the left of our show and you will see your full record of entries.

If you are not there in EITHER of the options above, then you will have to re-enter.
