Conditions of Entry
1 Entries will only be accepted with full payment of entry and all other fees. Payment to be made by PoliPay unless otherwise pre-arranged with the show secretary.
2 All riders compete at their own risk.
3 The committee reserves the right to alter the programme.
4 All class changes must be made online through Main-Events Messaging. 80% of original EF refunded and then charged normal fee (not late) for class swapping into.
5 Refunds less 20% for scratchings made prior to 7PM on the Wednesday before the event. No refunds for all other scratchings except on production of a medical or vet certificate.
6 No dogs allowed.
7 No horses to be tied to trucks.
8 Formal or casual tidy dress code.
9 In case of cancellation of the event, the Admin fee and a percentage of entry fees may be retained to
cover out of pocket expenses only.
