Whitiora Feijoa KH (Horse/Pony)

Details

Competitor picture for Whitiora Feijoa KH

Feijoa is a Kaimanawa horse, who is now based on the Hibiscus Coast in Auckland.
He was mustered in from the wild in April 2018, when he was aged about 12 months.
He was initially handled by Kelly Wilson for the first 5 weeks, and since then, by Madeleine Flannagan, his owner.
Feijoa is chestnut with tostado mane and tail, a small white star, and a feijoa-shaped snip.
Feijoa likes small spaces, 'eating' tarpaulins (mouthing them), eating generally, sniffing coffee, the beach, swimming, people - especially his owner, his paddock mates, cats, guinea-fowl and cows. Very little phases him; he is genuinely interested in the domestic world, and what it has to offer.
