~~Office hours~~

We will be running a limited office as with times below, we encourage you to email or message any changes through to Main-Events under messaging at https://www.main-events.com/event/8780/takapoto-winter-sj-series/onlineentry

Friday 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Saturday 3:00 – 5:00 pm

~~Draws and changes~~

Friday is Blackboard order - Saturday and Sunday is Draw order.

All changes can be done through the Main-Events Messages under the online entry tab or at the office. All changes must be in by 5pm. There will be no late entries or changes accepted after this time – please check your entries.

Classes on Saturday and Sunday will be run in strict draw order. The draws will be done each evening after 5pm and posted online as soon as they have been finalised.

If you require anything at the show outside the office hours please phone Kerry 027 430 3230.

~~Stables~~

Reminder - you are NOT allowed to tie horses to trucks or floats. You will either have paid for stables, or the horses can stay on the truck/float. Please let us know if you need to book a stable or day yard.

Stables have not been allocated for this event we ask that if you have ordered overnight accommodation please use stables 31 – 170. If you have ordered day stables please use stables 171 – 300.

We do require that you have your name and contact on the stable so that we can contact you if need this will also be used to check bookings.

*There are stallions attending the event. Riders are to be aware of this when selecting a stable.

Stallion owners should identify their stable as housing A stallion. You can do this with a whiteboard marker with a big S on the stable door.

There is a pile of sawdust near the wash bay - please feel free to use it and remember to leave your boxes clean!!!
