All Class Changes to be under MESSAGES on show page by 5 pm

IMPORTANT - NO LATE ENTRIES ALLOWED into new classes.

However class swaps are allowed. All scratchings and class changes must be in with the secretary by 5:00 pm the night before using the MESSAGES tab online with Main-EVents. NO CHANGES will be accepted after that time although notification of scratchings would be appreciated.

If you think you have a major issue with stated draws, then please MESSAGE us and we might be able to slot you elsewhere if there is a scratching.

Please notify us of all changes on the MESSAGES tab of the Main-Events show page for the Wairarapa Jumping Show at Wairarapa Labour Weekend SJ & SH Championships (main-events.com) and not by email, phone or Facebook

In this way, you can see when your message has been actioned and it helps keep contacts with the office staff to a minimum as per Covid restrictions at Level 2.

If you can’t do a message online, come to the office at the showgrounds and fill in a form.

Draws are basically in place but will change slightly with scratchings or swaps so please CHECK online in the class lists and/or the document DRAWS FOR … posted each day that will be posted after 7:00 pm each night.

After 5:00 pm, we will check all draws to try an ensure there are no obvious conflicts between the 4 rings but where you feel you have a conflict, please MESSAGE us before 5:00 pm and we will try and slot you in a scratching.
