The Fiber Fresh National Equestrian Centre is located 114 Rapids Road, Rotokawa, Taupo.
Important: State Highway 1 between Tokoroa (south of Campbell Rd) and Kinleith (at the SH30 intersection, north of Gull Atiamuri) will be closed. Please check SH1 Tokoroa-Atiamuri Project information and the Highways Map.

ENTRY TIME
Enter through Gate 3 into the Back of House zone. Access is off Rapids Road. Arrival is only from 2pm Thursday 17 October.

CAMPING
Once you arrived, please park / set up camp. There is plenty of room so please don’t camp too close to the yards and stable to allow everyone clear access to their horses. Please make sure your camping pass is displayed in your windscreen, for Security to clearly see.

RIDER WRISTBANDS
These will need to be collected from the Main Events competition office when you arrive. The office is a porta cabin in the Back of House Event Zone. Outstanding balances will need to be paid, or wristbands will not be allocated.

Demo Riders collect your polo shirt and wristbands from the competition office also.

STABLES AND YARDING
The stabling allocations will be posted here on Main Events website as a PDF document under the DOCUMENTS tab on the Main Events – you will receive a notification once available (should be later today Wednesday). And it will be posted at the entrance gate as well.

OTHER
No Tying up to trucks!
A reminder - there is NO tying up horses or ponies to trucks or floats. If you don't have a yard, you will have to keep your horse or pony on the truck or float. There are spare open yards. Contact us if you want to order one.

Dogs
1. Dogs must be on a lead at all times
2. NO dogs are not permitted in any stable or yarding area, warm up, competition area or IN THE EVENT ZONE.
Draws for Showjumping

All SJ classes will be in draw order posted each evening before the day of competition online by 7pm. A pdf document version will be posted under the DOCUMENTS tab (as above) that you can print off - or you can view in the class lists online. Remember to click on the heading ST NO to sort class list in start order. By default, all class lists are in horse order. All other jumping classes will be black board order.
Class changes must be made before 6pm the day before the class. Draws will then be done and posted by 7pm and available online.
