Info for Secretaries
The Main-Events Calendar is a one stop shop for equestrian events. We list ESNZ shows, A&P Shows, PC events and more all in the one place. There are over 450 shows listed here of which 130 have schedules and when available, results to view.
This is FREE for any equestrian event to list. All you have to do is let us know.
Register as a Member
The first step is to sign up as a member using your show email address if different from your personal email address. Obviously you will be expected to activate the membership through an email sent to that address to confirm that you are a real person. Once you have activated your account, you will be able to LOGON to the Main-Events calendar.
Add your show
Once your membership has been activated, you are ready to add or update your show.
UNTIL 15 FEB 2010
You will need to email us at calendar@main-events.co.nz with the information as follows attaching your show schedule and/or results. Until we have the ADD A SHOW online option available (see below), we will have to upload the information for you.
- Name of Show
- Start and Finish Dates
- Location/Venue
- Area
- Type of events held (see abbreviations below existing Calendar list – eg DR for dressage, SJ for showjumping, AP for A&P Shows etc)
- Brief description of your show (publicity blurb including highlights of competition, sponsors etc.)
- Date entries close
- Late entry policy (if any)
- Circuit Qualifiers – standard codes for circuits from ESNZ Show Dates cards.
- Event Contact (person/address/email)
- Event Website (if any)
AFTER 15 FEB 2010
You will be able to add a new show online and edit an existing show online. You will be given administrator rights to access your show which will involve uploading documents to the website. If you use Main-Events software, you will also be able to upload your own data to the website regularly to keep your customers informed.
