We have full working trial versions available on request which will give you 21 days of working with the software to see if it suits your needs. New users including trial versions will also get up to 2 hours of FREE software support to help you get started.

Software Support

We prefer support to be by email so that the enquiries can be redirected to the person concerned during our working hours.

If we can’t solve your problem by email, then we can organize to have one of our staff phone you at a time that suits both parties if you provide us with a phone number (not a mobile number).

We can also organize for up to 2 hours training by phone anywhere in the English speaking world for very reasonable prices. Please ask for a quote.

Within NZ, we run regular training courses in different areas throughout the year. Please ask about a training course that may be in an area near you.
